Vinyl Kettlebell
What a vinyl kettlebell is
A vinyl kettlebell is a cast iron weight in the unmistakable cannonball-with-handle shape, covered in a vinyl coating. It suits a wide range of exercises aimed at strength, muscle tone, coordination and endurance.
The defining quality of the tool is the imbalance produced by its off-centre load. The weight does not sit under your hand the way a dumbbell does, and your body has to control that offset through every movement — which is what makes the same exercise considerably more intense.
Handle, base and coating
The generous wide handle opening provides ample space for the hands and a comfortable grip, including two-handed work where both hands share the handle.
The flat bottom prevents the kettlebell rocking when it is set down, which matters for renegade rows and any floor work that uses the bell as a support.
The vinyl coat protects flooring and reduces noise. Colour coding by weight makes it easy for users to distinguish between sizes at a glance, which saves time in a class setting.
Training with kettlebells
Kettlebell work trains specific muscle groups and the whole body alike, which is why it sits at the centre of functional training and continues to shape how athletic preparation and general fitness are programmed.
The off-centre load means the body is constantly stabilising as well as moving the weight, so a swing or a clean recruits far more than the muscles doing the obvious work.
Choose your weight
Select your weight from the dropdown. Each is colour-coded so it is easy to identify on a rack or studio floor.

Weight tolerance: ±1%
If you are building a range rather than buying a single bell, most studios start with two or three weights per user group — typically 4kg, 8kg and 12kg for general classes, with heavier bells added as the group progresses.
Other kettlebell ranges
For sport-specific and coached work, the 2189–2201 Competition Kettlebell keeps the same bell size and handle at every weight, so technique does not change as the athlete progresses.
For heavier training, the 2206–2292 Iron Black Kettlebell runs from 6kg all the way to 92kg.
