R9097 Sled Harness
The R9097 Sled Harness is an optional accessory to the Competition Sled 9097/2, useful for strength exercises performed based on resisted movement by towing a heavy weight. The 9097/2 sled weighs 35 kg without loaded plates. Alternatively, characterized by a lower weight, 6 kg, the 9097/1 Speed Sled is available.
Pulled running, skipping, prowler, backward walking, are some of the exercises that can be performed by sled equipped with harness. Note that the advantage given by using a padded harness is that of weight distribution on the shoulders. Conversely, there may be less practicality in performing exercises with side towing, for which the 1697 belt may be more suitable.
R9097 Sled Harness includes an adjustable padded harness equipped with a quick-release plastic buckle and 220-cm-long tow straps, including three carabiners.
