Punching Bag Block
is the component that allows the switch of the Punching bags from the storing position to the sliding mode.
One Punching bag block is necessary for each punching bag to utilize the sliding functionality of the rail.
It has four rubber stopping pads to secure the punching bags perfectly still when in use.
The brake is disengaged by pulling the attached catch strip.
The Punching bag block is compatible only with the PUNCHING BAG RAIL (OR 16024R).
