It is a ring and rope support designed for the High Performance Rack.
It is possible to create a Climbing Ring and Rope Station (code 1204-1206) on the High Performance Rack using these codes in combination: 9306 H.P. 1860 mm Beam, 9308 H.P. Low Adjustment, 9309 H.P. High Adjustment, 9322 H.P. Suspension Beam and 9323 H.P. Suspension Beam Plate.
