The High Performance Barbell Lever
The High Performance Barbell Lever is an optional designed for the High Performance Rack (barbell not included).
It’s a multidirectional joint, also known as Landmine, which can be bolted to the uprights.
It is used to execute various exercises capable of engaging several muscle districts, especially the core.
The landimine has two slots: the first one with a 52 mm diameter designed for Olympic barbells and the other with a 28 mm diameter suitable for barbells and bars without adapters.
In this way it is possible to use bars and barbells with different lengths and weights, from the 20 kg of an Olympic barbell (such as the Training model cod. 9015/8, or the Axle bar 9015/7) to the lighter bar in Aluminium Cod. 9014/1.
