Rack Station D. Ladder Model
The Rack Station D. Ladder Model is a standard configuration of the Rack Station, which includes two Power Cage Racks code 9095, a D. Ladder code 9095/3 and two Paddles code 9095/2.
As it includes two racks, this model allows you to have two stations suitable for barbell training and pull-ups, connected by a ladder for Monkey Walk exercises and equipped with two targets for throwing medicine balls. This makes it a professional Rack Station, able to combine functional, suspension and barbell training.
Suspended between the two Power Cage Racks, the D. Ladder code 9095/3 has a length of 2,72 m for a positive gradient difference of about 40 cm from its base. The inclination (first positive and then negative) of the ladder makes this accessory even more challenging with regards to Monkey Walk training.
In addition to the 7 pegs with a diameter of 38 mm and spaced 30 cm apart, the D. Ladder is also equipped with two parallel tubes placed underneath the ladder, which allows the support of suspended accessories such as Flying or elastic bands, also giving a greater number of positions for the execution of pull-ups (in addition to the two included in each Power Cage Rack).
The Paddles code 9095/2 are circular accessories (diameter 50 cm) to be fixed on a Power Cage Rack and which act as a rigid target for throwing medicine balls such as the Giant Med Ball codes 0500-0505.
Overall, the Rack Station D. Ladder Model is a complete and professional structure, particularly suitable for group sessions that include functional and suspension training, applicable in contexts such as traditional gyms or personal training studios, both indoor and outdoor.
Power Cage Racks are supplied with a pair of Roller J-Hook Pro (rotating supports that can be useful as a starting point for barbell exercises) each already included.
All the components of the Rack Station are available in Micaceous Black. It is possible to select the “Outdoor” version, specially treated to make them resistant to atmospheric agents in case of need for outdoor installation.
