9088/7 Foot Plate
Foot platform designed for rowing cable exercises.
Optional component to be attached to the holes of one of the two front uprights of the 9088 All-In-One Premium Rack.
The 9088/7 Foot Plate can also be used on its own, with the user seated on the floor and the platform positioned at various heights depending on the exercise.
For flexible and functional positioning, it includes two central cable slots to help align the cable properly during movement.
Maximum versatility is achieved when combining this accessory with the 9088/6 Bench and 9088/5 Lat Pulldown, turning the 9088 Rack into a Lat + Cable Pulley Machine, ideal for a wide variety of exercises.
Combining all three modules (9088/6 + 9088/5 + 9088/7), you can perform:
• cable pulldowns
• lat pulldowns
• rows at various heights
with leg lock or foot platform, depending on the exercise.
This configuration is particularly suited for personal training studios and professionally equipped home gyms, where the 9088 Rack can be used fully in a multifunctional setup.
