Elastic rebounder. Frame diameter of 91 cm. Support base 100×100 cm. Adjustable inclination. Specially made for bouncing balls, and medicine balls of various sizes and weights. The two upright pegs facilitate the sliding of weight plates to increase the stability of the tool. The rebounder is extremely useful in athletic preparation and functional fitness to execute exercises with a strong dynamic component. Through the dynamics of throwing, bouncing, and receiving the balls thrown on the rebounder, it is possible to perform exercises and train the athlete’s neuromuscular skills; strength, speed, endurance, coordination, and balance.
