WEIGHTED VEST 5 KG – Gel Ballast Weights
Vest produced in nylon and neoprene with adjustable weight (from 0 to 5 Kg), designed considering the use during training sessions and practice for sports such as soccer, basketball, and others. Wearability, maximum adherence, absence of rigid and dangerous elements are among the main features of this weighted vest. It aids in building endurance and strengthening muscles.
With a maximum weight 5 Kg, its compact dimensions allow to evenly distribute the weight and increase its grip on the body. The pockets are located in the front and back of the vest, providing maximum comfort without straining the back or the shoulders.
The wraparound and elastic structure guarantees that the Weighted Vest remains firm on the torso and chest area and does not bounce around during all the stages of the workout activity. Featuring a Velcro-adjustment, this Vest does not have buckles, that can result to be dangerous in case of tackles and bumps.
The load of the Weighted Vest code 1795 can be gradually increased, starting from 0 to 5 Kg, by adding small ballast weight pads of about 190 g each (provided with the Vest), in its pockets. The ballast weight pads are made with soft bags filled with heavy Gel, conceived to avoid having hard and dangerous elements inside the Vest.
