Giant Med Ball Strap is a harness with two handles that allows the user to easily perform swings, snatches, throws, and many more exercises with a medicine ball diameter 36 cm, like Giant Med Ball cod. 0500/0505. Its reinforced design and stitching ensure that the ball remains stable and secured inside the harness, even during high-intensity movements.
The design is incredibly helpful for reducing the typical blow to the wrist associated with standard snatches.
