SiStep White – Well finished professional step, available with risers in two colors: red or white. The top, anti-slip texture, 35 x 90 cm, and adjustable risers allow adjusting the step in 3 different heights: 15, 18, and 21 cm. The adjustable height boosts the intensity of your workout. The bottom part has 8/12 rubber grommets that firmly secure the grip onto the floor. SiStep is easy to store and transport.

AEROBIC TRAINING ON STEP
Factors affecting exercise intensity are frequency (step speed) and strength (step height): the higher the frequency, the higher the intensity. Similarly, the higher the step, the greater the intensity.
By playing with these factors, it is possible to create a medium-intensity exercise from the low stress on ligaments that are usually caused by other high-intensity exercises in aerobics, as cited by recent scientific studies.
To summarize these studies: it has come to assimilate the characteristics of step work at the level of stress on ligaments equal to that of a Road March, while on the other hand it has an aerobic benefit equal to that of a light run of about 10-12Km/h.
This combination makes step workout an excellent compromise that allows training at high heart rates while reducing the damage from stress or injury.
