YOGA BLOCK
Yoga Block is a traditional tool used for aiding the various yoga poses and holistic workouts. It can be placed under hands, feet, or spine to ensure correct alignment. Made from non-toxic EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate), it is light, soft, and robust.
The “brick” is finished with rounded edges to provide additional comfort and a more comfortable handgrip. The regular use of this prop helps achieve proper alignment and extend your reach. Being lightweight (0.15 Kg), it is easily portable.
